My client are a digital advertising technology business that specialise in rich-media formats
They have an extensive network of premium publishers and are hiring for a senior manager within their Publisher Services team. You will be helping the team to discover new opportunities for growth with both existing and new clients. This role will focus on EMEA and North America.
They’re looking for someone who is happy to work in a hybrid role of Publisher Sales and Account Management.
Onboarding new publishers and managing that process including technical integration and account management.
Manage and be a key point of contact for their their 1 publisher partners. Helping to negotiate commercial teams with them.
Troubleshooting internally any technical issues raised and ensuring a great customer service.
Advice clients on new products being released and assisting with the roll out.
Partner with the Head of Client Success to ensure you’re partnering with clients in the best way possible.
Collaborate and communicate with sales to manage client expectations.
Experience managing supply side relationships with the digital media industry
Excellent verbal and customer management skills
Knowledge of the ad-tech industry
Team player, as you will be working internally with multiple teams
Experience with publisher side ad servers would be a big plus
