THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate digital media sales professional with an interest in developing warm customer leads and evangelizing our client’s product offerings in the marketplace.

Experience in digital and programmatic advertising is a must.

The Senior Sales Manager, AUNZ will manage the development of our client’s existing client base within Australia and is also responsible for initiating and developing new business across the region.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative thinker with the ability to work independently and also assist the Managing Director ANZ, and wider sales team in communicating our client’s solutions to market via relevant relationships and strong selling skills.

THE ROLE

  • Run your territory playing a pivotal role in growing, developing and managing the holistic advertising business across Australia;

  • Focusing on generating new business, up-sells, cross-sell opportunities;

  • Meet agreed set revenue targets;

  • A deep interest in digital media and AdTech, operating at multiple levels of seniority to develop strategic relationships with both direct clients and agencies;

  • Work cross-functionally with other members of the APAC Sales team and global product leads;

  • Work closely with the in-house Account Management team to ensure the optimisation and optimum delivery of campaigns;

  • Assist with the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of our client to target marketers within the AUNZ region.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years’ experience in promoting and selling digital advertising solutions;

  • Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic ecosystem, performance marketing;

  • Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and sense of urgency;

  • Willingness to build consensus and work effectively with a cross-functional team demonstrating a capability to work hands on to solve problems, with ability to generate ideas and solutions;
