They are a fast-growth start-up and need people with a fast-growth mentality to join our global team.

With a company size of just 50 but expecting to double in the next few months, they are now recruiting for an additional 25 roles in the commercial/demand team in countries including Germany, France, Southern Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and several more.

The role of the Senior Sales Manager is to continually provide exemplary sales service to the groups of clients and agencies that we work with. Working closely with the Sales Director, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the proactive sales conversations amongst our client set, responding to briefs, as well as instigating new partnerships with Independent Agencies and Direct clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize the brand in the market, highlighting our solutions and capabilities in the space

  • Agree and work towards Quarterly KPIs

  • Maintain revenue performance requirements

  • Strong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organization

  • Conduct in-person meetings and calls/presentations with key clients

  • Maintain internal reporting and pipeline forecasting

  • Drive education among client base, identify gaps

  • Deliver timely responses for Agency and client requests

  • Identify and implement strategies to grow share, new or existing spenders.

  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience, 3-5 years Digital and/or Media Agency experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Media/Communications

  • Diploma of Advertising or Marketing

  • Industry short courses e.g. Programmatic Advertising Summit etc

  • Professional and personable

  • Highly self-motivated, hard-working individual

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills

  • Strong reputation and relationships in the market

  • Ability to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accurately

  • Excellent client service
