Senior Sales Manager

£55K - £80K base + comms + benefits (dependent on experience)

My clientis an European leader in video adtech specialising in native video advertising, which offers its clients access to premium audiences in more than 2,500 publishers globally works, Our client’s tech is based on proprietary  AI and machine learning driven algorithms, They’re working with the crème de la crème of publishers such as Ziff Davis, Huff Po, IGN, Hearst and more

Based in over 20 countries, my client is now looking to create a significant presence in the UK by hiring a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director to be an individual contributor at first then eventually as things mature, take a team leader approach to the role.

Having one of the highest growth rates in the market compared to similar companies, we want to continue this trend by betting on our team's growth. Our client’s tech is directly integrated in over 2500 premium sites worldwide, receiving more than 600 million daily requests.

Sr Sales Manager profile:

Whilst established in Europe, our client is a relatively new launch in the UK and looking for well connected, consultative and cerebral sales people to join our business. We’re looking for proactive sales people who are good at business developing opportunities and evangelising our offering to agencies and clients with the aim of securing RFPs and building meaningful long-term trading relationships with the Top 6.


  • Black book of client contacts in Media Agencies and Brand Advertisers.

  • Experience working at a reputable publisher or ad-tech business with great first-hand knowledge of the UK and EU digital ad ecosystem including video ads, native, display and programmatic

  • Demonstrable networking within all the major local advertising & media agencies.

  • Strong prospecting, selling, monitoring, negotiation, closing and reporting skills.

  • Ambitious, Desire to work in a global ever evolving fast moving business going places
