As their Senior UX Designer, you'd be conducting interviews, taking part in research, exploratory design and analysis initially; following on with facilitating workshops with both internal teams and various stakeholders.

You'll be creating interactive experiences that are helpful for users to promote the end clients business, as well as identifying key ideas to drive projects forward and how best to implement them across multiple channels.

Deliverable include prototypes, wireframes, user flows, journeys and user scenarios, which you would be presenting to wider team, including Development, and stakeholders. You'd be monitoring the progress on development and quality of the experience, and gaining better understanding of the clients business context and demands. Along with the hands on aspect, you'd be coaching teams and clients to best apply human centered design principles.
