Are you a senior SEO executive looking to make the jump into an Account Manager, or an AM who wants to work at one of the best media agencies globally?
This is an opportunity at an agency with over 8,000 people worldwide and a global HQ based in London, they are highly decorated and sits on top of the ladder. The role sits within an integral part of their SEO activation team in order to support a growing team covering both SEO, CRO and Search Analysis. As an SEO Manager you will play a crucial role in the day to day ownership of client engagements, the SEO process and execution of on and off page. SEO managers are also required to support the growth of both the Account Executives in the team.
Reporting into the SEO Activation Director, the role will have many responsibilities such as managing and eventually taking full ownership of SEO engagements for 2-3 clients. The role requires you to manage all aspects of SEO including trending SEO practises such as outreach and social interaction.
The ability to work with the client to understand the digital asset priority and client plans is essential alongside overseeing and managing the tasks of the account activation executives!
An ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of SEO, to be able to support the Account Executives in their day to day tasks. You would be able to demonstrate a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative to identify and explain areas of potential improvement in day to day client projects.
Candidates must be an expert in HTML and a knowledge of programming languages is preferred. The skills to implement on-page and off-page optimisation including analysis of performance is required. A successful SEO Account Manager will manage existing client relationships as well as understand the clients business needs by knowing the history of the brand and what they want to achieve in the future.
