Our client is the leading tech company that has disrupted the way people interact with each other and is the future of creative advertising.

The Candidate

Based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. As a SMB Account Management Lead, you will be managing 50 to 80 SMB accounts to improve their performance and drive revenue growth. You can be a hunter or a farmer, but you need to be at the top of your game and ready to be hands on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth of the Small-Medium Business (SMB) sector in Vietnam 

  • Lead and drive a high performing team account managers

  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all aspects of the SMB business 

  • Communicate with clients in time when unusual spend fluctuation happens to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity. 

  • Analyze performance to priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertiser)and create optimization strategies and sell through. Optimization goals include: 

- Account scale up 

- General creative tips and best practices 

- Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations 

  • Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit. 

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internally stakeholders(ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience. 

  • Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance AM work efficiency


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or must have reached college level with at least 5 years of prior work experience in a Digital marketing or media agency

  • Solid experience in Account management, Brand management, Performance marketing, Digital marketing and Ads Optimization

  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing technical service environment supporting mobile app based products

  • Excellent communication skills, native level Vietnamese and fluency in English
