My client is a leading social mobile platform that's gaining a major following worldwide! They are aggressively building out their commercial team out here in SEA, and with their Singapore hub fleshed out, they're now laser focused on the SEA markets.

This role will be looking after and leading all sales activities with their small-medium enterprise clients, based out of Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the growth of the Small & Medium Business (SMB) sector in Vietnam

  • Lead and drive a high performing team of account leads and account managers locally

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for SMB product in Vietnam

  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all aspects of the country's SMB business

  • Manage internal teams locally to ensure synergy in operation, efficiency in execution and consistency

  • Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance AM work efficiency

  • Directly report to Head of SMB in SEA region

  • Subject-matter expert in all things related to the SMB product offerings

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful media / advertising sales, ideally leading SMB facing teams in Southeast Asia

  • Proven success in performance marketing, digital media, advertising industry

  • Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories

  • Collaborative team player

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Action oriented and strong drive for results

  • Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
