Alongside this you'll have complete ownership of your clients social strategy, working closely with your team to get ideas & campaigns off the ground.

Summary

This role requires an experienced Social Director to lead a team across all areas of social. Your background will come with a a blend of experience in both organic and paid social, and will be responsible for leading senior level conversations with clients to ensure they are getting the best value via social. This is a highly strategic yet commercial role as growth of your team will depend on the success of clients campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 3 social media professionals
Develop and execute social media strategies for clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the agency's services
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
Analyse and report on social media performance for clients
Participate in new business development and pitches

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in social media, with a focus on both organic and paid social
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
Experience with new business development and pitches
