We're working with a social tech company who's partnering up with leading e-commerce businesses and apps, in growing their revenue and conversions for them and their merchants through optimizing their social media campaigns.

Their AI technology is built upon unique commerce data sets and their partnerships with both major commerce and social media platforms enable online sellers of all sizes to scale up their business.

As the Ad Ops Manager based in Jakarta, you will manage all Social Media end-to-end from branding to performance, across multiple SEA markets. They're looking for someone with experience and skills across Ad Operations, GDN/YouTube, Facebook Ad Manager (and other Social Media channels) and project management. You will work cross functionally with the wider global Adgo team (Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing) and the client’s inhouse marketing team. 

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase client’s brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via Social Media paid search marketing platforms

  • Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand client’s key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace

  • Utilize Facebook Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase revenues.

  • Check daily reports and provide troubleshooting support for issues relating to campaign spend, creative, tagging or partner implementation and escalating to third party vendors when necessary

  • Work alongside the Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation

  • Provide regular insights to client’s detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities

  • Assure conversion tracking is QA’ed within Facebook Ad Manager to track all pertinent events within the sales funnel

  • Monitor and test campaign SMART bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Enhanced CPC, Maximize Conversions etc. and create and implement campaign A/B test experiments
