Social Media Manager (Organic Social and Community Engagement)
£30K - £40K base salary plus benefits (based on experience)
My client is a digital sports social media creative agency helps brands interested in engaging digital content.
This agency works with a plethora of exciting brands from Puma, Nike, EA Games and Pro Evo Soccer, my client works with brands who are interested in being aligned on the intersection of creativity, sport, gaming, popular culture, music and fashion.
Due to expansion, my client is looking for a Social Media Manager who has the ability to engage communities, create narrative and stories, come up with engaging idea and concepts that drive channel growth and most importantly have the creativity and technical knowledge to priortise organise techniques over paid. Some paid activity will happen but the majority of the skillset needed for this role is organic social.
A finger-on-the-pulse with regards to popular culture and Gen Z and Millennial audiences is a key mandatory.
The Role & requirements
They need a forward-thinking Social Media Community Manager to deliver high-quality content programmes across multiple social media channels to drive engagement and conversation.
Creating original content which conforms the client’s editorial TOV, digital media strategy and social media guidelines
Build engagement with the client’s social channels through well-thought posts identifying trends, cultural references and even current affairs and events that can be used as a creative hook to drive growth
Producing and overseeing world class social content for English-speaking international markets
Staying up to date with digital media and social trends and knowing how
