Have you been working in the field of data or software within digital marketing? If yes, would you like to play a huge part in the role out & creation of proprietary tech, tools & software of media planning for an agency that has global reach and partners with a suite of house-hold names?
A huge part of this role would be learning the methods of analysing communication and the techniques of media planning on both a complex and simplistic level. Complex, because you'll play a part in the creation and development and then simplistic as you'll look to educate media planners throughout the agency of the implementation and best use of the tech.
In this centralised team they use leading-edge analytics that are applied to real-world client data to optimise media spend across both digital (Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC etc.) & traditional (TV, Radio, OOH etc.) communication channels. Sounds exciting right?
So what type of skills are we looking for?
Prior experience in either Media, Digital or Marketing (Within an analytics or data position)
Degree level education: economics, maths or statistics (or science subjects also suitable depending on numeracy)
Interest in learning about the impacts of marketing effectiveness
Methodological, logical & numerate.
A mind that can also simplify complex analytics & data.
Personable, someone who enjoys working in partnerships with lots of teams.
