We have partnered with a SaaS tech scale up (in the Data ETL Industry) who are one of a kind. It is not often you'll see a business with a selection of products that are so unique and have so many benefits. They've spent the last few years scaling up their technology, to help SMB's & Enterprise businesses truly understand their data and convert them into real life, actionable insights.
These insights have had huge impacts on brands, and they work with High street names and start-up's changing the world, but they all have one thing in common, they cannot live without their solution, now they've seen what it can do.
Due to recent investment, as well as organic client growth their now looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a trusted partner & adviser to a selection of their top tier clients. The role encompasses 4 main area's;
Ensuring a smooth transition for clients from post sale to use of platform.
Driving client product expansion & retention.
Maintaining, growing & building long term relationships with enterprise clients.
Cross-team collaboration (Sales, Product, Engineering etc.)
So what does the opportunity look like?
You'll be the subject matter experts in the business and the connecting dot between your clients, the technology & products, helping build & grow long term relationships.
Getting to the heart of the requirements. Asking those questions that trigger the right answers. What does this client need? How can we find the solution that works for our client?
Work closely with Sales & other business functions to continually service and drive growth across major enterprise accounts.
Contributing to the growth & evolution of the customer success playbooks!
Evangelise new product features and work closely with product to adapt these to meet client feedback & requirements.
What we are looking for?
Knowledge and understanding of either Cloud Data Warehouses, ETL Platforms, Cloud Computing or Database Technology.
Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS technology business (Start Up, Scale Up or fully Enterprise)
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile Development.
