A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Technical Operations Analyst with one of the most successful data-driven video platforms.
With a strong technical understand of the ad serving ecosystem, you are responsible for providing your expertise and be the support to the company’s partners who are publishers, DSPs and clients.
You will be the key point of contact with partners for all technical related issues and possess the ability to confidently articulate and address complex technical requirements, ideas and solutions.
Be involved in pitches with publishers and on-board new publishers
Conduct testing and provide recommendations around supply set-up, troubleshooting and hold publisher trainings
Position yourself as a trusted advisor in the video ecosystem, you will aim to build relationships with both technical and business contacts
Work closely with demand-side team to identify and troubleshoot any buy-side issues
1 – 2 years of experience in an ad operations or technical role
Strong understanding of the ad serving ecosystem (DSPs, SSPS, DMPS, Exchanges, Networks and ad servers)
Strong organisational skills and ability to articulate and address complex technical requirements
Experience with ad servers like SpotX, Google and Freewheel is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
