​I'm working with a global ad tech client that is a fully programmatic, data-driven, digital marketing company with offices all around the world. Their platform is focused on churning out better conversions through targeted ads and remarketing.

They're seeking a Technical Solutions Manager who comes from an Ad Ops background, and has a few years of team management experience.

What you will do:

  • Manage Technical Solutions teams across APAC region

  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks, set deadlines, and oversee day-to-day team operations

  • Manage the performance of the team against all established tech solutions benchmarks and metrics

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal customer experience

  • Identify, highlight, and document best practices for the team and introduce new processes and initiatives

  • Conduct regularly scheduled team, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews with direct reports to address employee issues, provide updates regarding performance

  • Assess and oversee training and on-boarding of new team members

  • Provide guidance and serve as an escalation point to the team and serve as a liaison with other departments

  • Properly staff and stay actively be involved in the recruiting and on-boarding of new members into the team

  • Develop and implement plans for achieving strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computing Science or related fields;

  • Experience in managing technical organisation team preferably in martech or adtech (minimum 2 years) in the SEA/APAC region(s);

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and independently;

  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;

  • Be resilient – know how to work under pressure;

  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
