My client is one of the world’s largest in-app advertising platforms and powered the global mobile app economy since 2008. They are on a mission to make mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers.

You, as their Technical Support Engineer, based in Singapore will be responsible to support escalated issues and work closely with Engineering and Product team to validate bugs on their ad serving platform and suggest new features to improve. Your technical skills to troubleshoot and analysis on common ad tech issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level support for issues coming in from commercial teams from both supply and demand side of the business.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Product team to validate bugs on ad serving platforms.

  • Communicate technical questions in Chinese (both verbally and written) and translate to English.

  • Assist with integration with new publisher using SDK on both iOS and Android

  • Work closely with 3rd party attribution partners for installation and attribution issues

  • Troubleshoot the entire workflow of ad serving and end-to-end from the mobile devices to ad serve to external bidder using different interfaces.

  • Analyse reports, discrepancies, and any issues.

You are…

  • Fluent in MS Office, Google docs, Unix/Linux, Putty, MySQL, GBQ, Fiddler, Jira, Firefox & Firebug, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, XCode, Postman

  • Knowledge of Scripting languages, PHP, HTML, and Javascript

  • Fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written) is a MUST

  • Experience in debugging on iOS and Android operating system

  • Experience working with an AdTech agency

  • Experience working with Open RTB platform

  • Self-motivated, ability to adapt, and view problems from an outside perspective

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
