As a BRAND FOCUSSED sales leader, your role will involve:

● Responsible for growing the EMEA business (directly to major brands across multiple verticals) and following a joined up and coherent client strategy - as developed by yourself and the CRO

● Prospect and initiate opportunities to grow the customer base, then building a team and operations to drive further growth

● Work with the CRO to execute on the global strategy and leverage all of the tools and teams at your disposal, whilst plotting a successful localised path to success

● Selling a technical solution - targeting seasoned data-focused clients and often driving them to support this proprietary technology internally.

● Generating revenue as an individual contributor whilst building a team

● Working closely with the customer success team to help trial and onboard clients onto the platform

Experience & Skills:

● Delivering exponential revenue growth as an IC

● On-boarding and managing clients at scale

● Hiring and developing a team to world class standards

● Selling on-demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription based product to a diverse customer base

● Digital marketing and media buying

● Passion for new technologies and platforms

● Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

● Positive attitude with an appreciation for and adherence to personal integrity

● Absolute pride and ownership in your work and with everything you do

● Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
