Our client is one of the fastest growing Adtech companies and is rapidly expanding across America.
Following their recent growth, they are now looking for a VP of Sales for the East Coast. You will focus selling to clients direct (therefore proven relationships is a must) whilst leading a team and helping the business to achieve their impressive growth targets.
The role is based in their Manhattan office and they are also open to candidates who live elsewhere on the East Coast that can travel into the office regularly.
You will lead a high performing team based across the East Coast. There is a strong expectation to meet and exceed your own targets whilst working with global stakeholders to help the business continue its expansion and winning well known large clients.
Lead a team of dedicated salespeople; carry out detailed reporting and forecasting
Contribute to the creation and delivery of the sales strategy focused on winning new clients from key areas – E-commerce, retail
Meet revenue targets through new business and regularly engage with senior stakeholders on overall progress
Oversee the creation and management of all sales supporting frameworks, operations and materials
Strategic account management – responsible for strategy around key accounts
Oversee the organization of sales team presence at worthwhile events and conferences
Support sales team member’s projects when needed and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
A strong track record of extensive experience in direct sales of advertising solutions for eCommerce clients
Experienced across a wide variety of different sales methodologies
Managed high performing teams and successfully mentored individuals to success
Well networked with large clients at a senior level
Championed a consultative and strategic approach and sharing this ethos across your team
Worked in a client facing environment leading sales meetings and devising targeting strategies
Able to present and speak with media when needed
Able to travel when needed – mostly US
