We have partnered with a SaaS tech scale up who are one of a kind. It is not often you'll see a business with a selection of products that are so unique and have so many benefits. They've spent the last few years scaling up their technology, to help SMB's & Enterprise business truly understand their data and convert them into real life, actionable insights.
These insights have had huge impacts on brands, and they work with High street names and start-up's changing the world, but they all have one thing in common, they cannot live without their solution, now they've seen what it can do.
Due to recent investment, as well as organic client growth their now looking for a leader/VP in Customer Success to lead the largest client accounts, but also create the next phase of onboarding, risk & client success playbooks!
So what does the opportunity look like?
Manage, build & grow the Customer Success function across the US & the UK. (You'll have immediate headcount as soon as you'll join).
Work closely with Sales & other business functions to continually service and drive growth across major enterprise accounts.
Create playbooks for client growth, onboarding, expansion and risk management as the company enters a new phase of growth.
Working closely with the C-suite to continually adapt customer success strategy & implementation across the globe.
What we are looking for?
Knowledge and understanding of either Cloud Data Warehouses, ETL Platforms, Cloud Computing or Database Technology.
Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS technology business (Start Up, Scale Up or fully Enterprise)
Previous management experience, alongside knowledge of building and growing a team/function.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile Development.
