Salary – Circa $160,000 + competitive commission
Our client is a leading programmatic digital out of home platform who are hiring for a managing director for the west coast. This would be a fully remote role and oversee their client acquisition and continued sales plans.
The main focus is attract and retain programmatic out of home advertising clients. This would include leading a small team of sales reps, strategists, and account managers.
They’re an early stage start up company and they’re looking for someone versatile and excited about rolling up their sleeves to help grow this company to the next level.
Manage and coordinate company sales activities
Partner with the EVP of Client Partnerships for North America
Develop and continue to improve their sales selling methodology
Identify new revenue opportunities and contact potential new business wins
Create new sales material and documentation
Build and send sales proposals
Represent the business at industry trade shows
Manage a team of sales reps
Recruit, train and evaluate your team
Experience in strategic sales and winning new business in the AdTech space.
Knowledge of sales quotas and building revenue expectations
Great experience within the programmatic or OOH industry
Good knowledge of the AdTech industry
Experience of leading sales teams
Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and motivating sales teams.
