VP Sales – UK and EMEA – Gaming, YouTube / MCN / Influencers and eSports
£90 - £120K base + comms + benefits
Role over view:
Looking for a highly connected sales leader to help launch and establish my client’s platform in the gaming space across UK and EMEA. My client has a global audience at scale and has a highly connected opportunity that spans across branded content, partnerships experiential and programmatic advertising.
We’re looking for a strategic go getter player coach who can set up the UK office, fire up a robust pipeline, get trading desk conversations going, elicit key strategic partnership conversations with key clients and media agencies and then build out a team. In that order.
Traits and requirements needed for success:
Proactive hunter sales mentality to be able to sniff out and manufacturer new commercial opportunities
Be an evangelist with key commercial partners around the gaming audience
Super service key partners and delight then with the array of opportunities and ease of working with them
Position my client’s opportunity as a must not miss opportunity
Thought leadership to drive the commercial pipeline and land bigger RFPs
Consultative sales style to be able to influence and advise key clients and agencies
A solid blackbook of agency and gaming / hardware and entertainment client contacts to leverage and activate for relevant commercial conversations
Flexible, agile and willing to go above and beyond to deliver solutions that delight clients and help grow the profile of the business and sales pipeline.
