They are currently experiencing rapid growth and are searching for a talented and ambitious individual to join our passionate team as an Influencer Marketing sales specialist.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of satisfied clients across the US market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brands, identifying new business opportunities, and ultimately, exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new US-based brands across various industries.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique marketing objectives.
  • Leverage your expertise to present customized influencer marketing solutions that align with client needs and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal and contract signing, exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and the latest developments in the influencer marketing landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Content) to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing best practices and the creator economy landscape.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse market trends and identify potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and the desire to contribute to a fast-growing and dynamic company.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
